Systems strategy involves deciding what combination of software, hardware, manual and automated processes best suit your organisation's needs. Things to be considered include the use of an intranet, client-server configuration, business continuity, warehouse and supply strategies, system integration, customer relationship management, and a host of other things. We have a particularly cautious approach to security issues. But what you need really depends upon your business, and where you want to go.

We believe a phased approach to systems is much more manageable than the 'big bang', having regard to the effort involved, the impact upon your staff and the potential for disruption. We believe a relatively cautious approach also allows more effective control the costs.
